How to report an inaccurate claim or broken workflow.
Report an issue
Email [email protected] with the page URL, the sentence or rule you think is wrong, and an official source when available. For an audit result, include the broad answer choices and rule version from the downloaded plan, without customer information.
How we respond
We check material product claims against official sources, test rule defects with a reproducible fixture and update the page or tool when warranted. A correction is dated; unresolved claims are removed or marked uncertain.
