How the audit makes a decision

The disclosed rule order, stage scoring and boundaries behind every result.

A process diagnostic, not a forecast

The audit asks about one main source of opportunity, response time, qualification, ownership, follow-up and contact basis. The six stages use maxima that match the questions actually asked. An unknown primary source is 0/2, a named source is 2/2, and B2B target specificity can reach 3/3. Reported response speed and stated contact basis each reach 2/2 because the audit does not verify timestamps or legal status. Qualification, ownership and follow-up can reach 3/3 when the answer includes review of outcomes. The displayed readiness number is the sum of stage points divided by the sum of their maxima and scaled to 100. It is a self-reported workflow score, not a conversion prediction or industry percentile.

Rule version 2026.09.27.3 controls the current tool. Results can change when answers change; the downloaded plan includes the version used.

Priority order

Missing or informal ownership comes first. If the main source is unknown, the next step is to map it before selecting a channel. An incomplete contact basis blocks social automation, B2B outreach and opt-in email recommendations. A low-volume path with timely human response can receive a no-tool result. Missing qualification and an unowned next action come before a social or B2B software category.

Only after these gates do channel-specific rules consider social response, B2B account research, phone handling, opt-in email and content production. If a social trigger or B2B target, sample or outreach process is not ready, the result gives a channel-specific preparation plan without a product category. The site shows at most one optional category in a result. It does not rank products by commission.

  • Manychat-type social automation needs a clear supported trigger, documented contact basis, enough relevant social volume and an implementation owner.
  • Apollo-type B2B research needs a specific target, considered sale, sample validation, defined outreach process and an owner.
  • Phone, email and content categories require a real workflow in the corresponding channel.
