How Conversation Flow Lab works
Start with a real path, identify the first gap and test a small repair.
1. Describe one path
Choose the route that brings the most relevant opportunities today. Give broad bands for volume and speed, then describe how a response becomes an owned next step. You do not need to enter names, contact lists or customer messages.
2. See a reasoned priority
The result names the first fixable gap and shows stage scores and the rules behind the priority. It includes a 14-day action list, a 30-day check and stop conditions. A no-tool result is a normal outcome when a simple owned routine is enough.
3. Test, then decide
Use the plan on a small real sample. Product pages explain how to test a candidate when a tool category becomes relevant. Every provider evaluation includes cases where the product is a poor fit.
