Gamma: evaluate a proposal deck's path to a decision

Use a real outline to test whether faster presentation creation helps a specific conversation.

Supplementary evaluation: the current audit does not select this product. Use the checks below only if this specific job is part of your workflow.

The situation

Gamma can turn a prompt or existing material into a presentation draft and offers editing, sharing and export. For this site, that matters only when a deck is a real step between a qualified question and a decision. Faster slide production is not evidence that more qualified conversations will occur.

Work through it

  1. Pick an actual prospect question and write the decision the deck should support before creating slides. Use only material the team is allowed to share.
  2. Build one draft from the same outline used in the current process. Check facts, customer details, brand consistency, export quality and the effort needed to revise it.
  3. Present or share the reviewed deck with one explicit next step. Record whether the recipient asks a better question or agrees to a concrete follow-up.

A decision table for a real pilot

Use one representative workflow. These are editorial checks, not a vendor certification or a claim that every account has the same features.

Is deck preparation a repeated bottleneck?Count recent customer-facing decks and time spent revising them. The team repeatedly loses time preparing a decision-supporting presentation.Decks are occasional or unrelated to the diagnosed conversation gap.
Can the output be checked and shared?Use a non-confidential brief and review claims, export and recipient experience.A reviewer can verify facts and the audience can use the final format.Generated statements go unchecked or the format fails the real use case.
Is there an owned next decision?Record the requested action and owner after a pilot presentation. The deck helps clarify a concrete next step.More slides are produced without any follow-up process.

What to measure

  • Time to a reviewed, accurate deck
  • Corrections needed before sharing
  • Recipients with an accepted next action

Boundaries

  • Do not publish AI-generated claims, numbers or customer details without human verification.
  • If decks are rare or only internal, a presentation subscription is outside this site's main workflow.

Questions for your own workflow

  1. Which decision should this deck support?
  2. What facts require manual checking?
  3. How will the recipient respond or book the next step?
